I have been working in the holistic field for over seventeen
years. In that time clients have processed and moved spiritual, emotional and physical blocks that created imbalance
within them. Since I believe each individual is accountable and responsible for their own healing, I can not take any
credit for client success nor take any responsibility when a client is unable or unwilling to process session work.
My desire and work is to hold a sacred space and energy, allowing each individual to process and shift old
unhealthy patterns for growth, balance and wholeness. Several types of work can be used in sessions:

Elemental Process
The energies of all four elements are processed throughout the
spiritual, mental, emotional and physical layers of the body.
Soul Journeys
A regressive spiritual journey to one's personal soul to identify the present
imbalance and to reclaim the self.
Chakra Balancing
Energy work sessions using stones, sound, movement and color to
balance the energy within the chakras of the body. (Workshops also available)
Usui Shiki Ryoho
Reiki/Karuna Reiki
Universal life force energy using sacred symbols and the gentle touch
of hands to promote balance, relaxation and wholeness. (Individual and group class certifications available).
